11 Dispute Resolution
We prefer to resolve disputes amicably. Before initiating any legal action, you agree to first contact us at info@synprism.io to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will make a good-faith effort to resolve the issue within 30 days.
If informal resolution fails, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Tennessee, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), except that either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm.
You agree to waive any right to a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
