Accessibility Statement
Our Commitment
Synprism is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We continually improve the user experience for everyone and apply relevant accessibility standards to our website and the websites we build for clients.
We believe all visitors, clients, and prospects deserve equal access to information about our AI and web services regardless of ability or the assistive technology they use.
Conformance Status
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with disabilities. Conformance with these guidelines helps make the web more user-friendly for everyone.
Technical Specifications
This website relies on the following technologies for conformance:
- HTML5
- CSS3
- JavaScript
The site has been tested for compatibility with the following assistive technologies:
- NVDA (Windows screen reader)
- JAWS (Windows screen reader)
- VoiceOver (macOS and iOS)
- TalkBack (Android)
Known Limitations
While we strive for full accessibility, this website is an active work in progress. Known areas we are working to improve include:
- The animated neural network canvas background is purely decorative and is hidden from screen readers via
pointer-events:noneandaria-hidden. However, some motion-sensitive users may wish to use prefers-reduced-motion settings. - Multi-step intake forms include dynamic fields that may not be fully optimized for all screen reader configurations. We are actively improving ARIA labels and keyboard navigation.
- Some third-party embedded content may have accessibility limitations outside our direct control.
We address issues as they are identified. If you encounter a barrier, please contact us directly.
